What to do when you’ve made contact

When you’ve made contact with a lead but not booked a valuation yet it is advisable to remove them from the initial follow up sequence. To do this, simply give them the contacted tag. This will remove them from the initial sequence but keep them in the nurture/tips sequence.

If you wish them to stop receiving emails altogether then please set the subscription status to “Unsubscribed“
