The Valuations
Ok, first things first, the valuations…
Are they accurate?
No, not really. Sometimes they hit the mark perfectly and other times they are way off. It’s literally pure luck, but let’s face it how accurate would you be only knowing the bedroom count and postcode?
In any case, If they were accurate every time there would be no need for you, the local expert (you) to go round to the property and give your expert opinion.
Remember the purpose of the tool is simply to get you the contact information. It is then up to you to speak to that person and convert it into a valuation appointment. If the tool has been inaccurate, use that as your excuse to get yourself in.
The Leads
Whenever someone uses your Online Valuation tool, you will receive an email with their details which are also stored in your Lead Engine dashboard.
The temptation is to call the lead directly from the email, however we strongly recommend that you login to your dashboard first and click on the new lead. This will give you all their information and you’ll be able to update the lead record accordingly.
Statistics show that you are much more likely to get a response if you contact the lead within 15 minutes of them submitting their details. So make that your goal… every time.
Because we are using Facebook to drive leads through the system, you will get a good portion are are simply curious. Sometimes that’s all you will get, don’t let this demotivate you. Make sure you call each and every one of them, every so often you will uncover a Diamond.
Remember those who are “Just Curious” today are the vendors of tomorrow, next week, next month and next year.
